I thought I'd share some data sheets for chips and kits I have.

The 3909 LED blinker boosts 1.5V to 2V (or more) to blink LEDs on only 1 cell.
Needs only 1 external capacitor



I bought this Cordover flasher kit from GEM Electronics long long ago.
Dan Wobser reinvented it as the IXR LED blinkey kit that intruduced many folks to soldering!

Built right onto the box, it blinks in sequence or at random
