This license applies to both the sourcecode in firmware (excluding
the code by Bill Knight, see usart.README.txt), and the CAD
drawings in hardware.

The schematics and PCB artwork were done in KiCad, see
http://kicad.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php/Main_Page . The layout
is "1.5 layer", using as few traces on the back side as possible in
the event that it had to be done single layer.
The firmware was compiled with mspGCC, and flashed with msp430-jtag.py,
using an old TI printerport FET.
